Last spring, the Children of Central Asia Foundation hosted the second annual Cultural Exchange Program (CULP). Touring New York, Washington D.C., Disney Land and San Francisco, several Kazakh orphans had an experience of a lifetime. This year we put the cameras in the hands of the kids.
